Be patient while waiting for vaccine
As overwhelmed health officials began turning away Canadians looking to be vaccinated for H1N1 influenza, federal politicians geared up for an emergency finger-pointing session in Canada’s Parliament last night.
Across the country, Canada’s largest-ever immunization campaign has been beset by long lineups, a vaccine shortage and, in several instances, confusion over who should be given priority for an H1N1 flu shot.
