Woodbridge Foam closing plant in Corunna, in southwestern Ontario; 75 jobs to go

CORUNNA, Ont. - Woodbridge Foam is confirming plans to close its plant in Corunna, in southwestern Ontario.

The move means 75 employees will be out of work by the middle of next year.

The company produces high density expandable foam for the auto industry, with most of the product being supplied to Ford, General Motors and Chrysler.

St. Clair Township Mayor Steve Arnold says orders have been down recently with no sign of rebounding.
