ClubLink Enterprises reports Q3 profit of $17 million, up from year ago

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. - ClubLink Enterprises Ltd. (TSX:CLK) said Friday that it earned $17 million in its latest quarter, up from $14.5 million a year ago.

The company said the profit amounted to 63 cents per share for the quarter ended Sept. 30 compared with a profit of 64 cents per share a year ago when the company had fewer shares outstanding.

Revenue totalled 90.4 million, down from $91.7 million.

Tri-White Corp. changed its name to ClubLink Enterprises after it acquired golf course operator ClubLink Corp. earlier this year.

In addition to the more than 30 golf courses throughout Ontario and Quebec, including the Glen Abbey Golf Club, that were owned by ClubLink, the company also operates a tourist railway with related services in Alaska, British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.
